ONPAGE OPTIMIZATION

Onpage optimization refers to all measures that can be taken directly within the website in order to improve its position in the search rankings

Google has given a the search result a limit to display it in the search engine.

Google has limited the words upto 55-65 words. ie: 512 pixels

So that our page should be

optimized for that.

Things that should not be done

• Not more than one H1 tag (Your Post title is a H1 tag)
• Don’t repeat H2 more than 2 times.
• Don’t increase Keyword density in your page.

Things That you should focus on:-

• Try to use Keyword in title at beginning.
• You can make use of title which is you can use upto 65 characters in the title
• At the end of blog post ask users to take action. Such as comment or follow you.
• Use meta description in less than 150 characters.

     Meta description

Meta description is a snippet that supports 160 characters. Search engine also shows the meta descriptions these also shows the main phrase. Optimizing a meta description is very important in seo. Meta description tag is the description that shows in the search engine. that is the contents of the webpage is also shown in a brief sentence.

• Meta description will be unique.
• it should nee more keywords. But keyword stuffing is not allowed.

ANCHOR TEXT

Anchor text is the content with the hyperlink text. when the user clicks on the word the page will be redirected to the specified page. For Example : <a href="What is Seo" </a>

CTR(Click through Rate)

Click-through rate is the ratio that users visit to the specified link. The number of clicks received by the user is the main value of the site. 

IMPRESSION

An impression is the value that we get when our page is shown in the search result.

KEYWORD DENSITY

Keyword density is the percentage of times that a keyword percent in the page. The more the keywords come in our page, the higher the priority of our site becomes.

IMAGE OPTIMIZATION

Image optimization is a technique of adding keywords in to the image. for example Adding alt tags and image names. Always use the name of the image with the same content that is published. And also it is useful to get more effect if you add an Alt tag to it.

• They always emphasize the title or subject of the post
• It will trigger a visitor to read the post as the first view isnt just text
• These images are used in Open Graph tags and Twitter Cards, which will add the image to our social shares.

CONTENT OPTIMIZATION

Make your content more attractive for the user, So that the user will be interested to read the topics. Some of the main tips for content optimization is given below.

• Always give a title tag to your content
• Try to make important words Bold. So that the user can manage the paragraph with ease.

Link juice is a method of loosing the page rank of high level sites when the link of other sites are given in our sites. When each link is given to a well known website Such as Twitter the Rank of the that Website will keep decreasing. But for some websites it is needed to give an external site to get the idea about it, If it is done the Rank of the website decreases. If we dont need to loose our rank we can use rel ="nofollow" tag.
